General rules and conditions:
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Enter by completing this form and putting it in the prize draw entry box in your Premier store. Alternatively, please send it to: Premier Plasma TV Prize Draw, Swan House, Cowley Business Park, Uxbridge, UB8 2AD. Closing date for ALL entries is 28/02/08.
3. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of E. & J. Gallo Winery Europe, Booker, Premier, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
4. Entries submitted through third parties or agents will not be eligible. By taking part in the promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and any other requirements set.
5. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Each of the 20 prizes will consist of a 42” HD ready Plasma TV.
7. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of specified prizes. Prize is non-transferable. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever with respect to the prize.
8. The prize winners will be drawn by an independent person on 31/03/08 from all completed entries received and notified by telephone and/or post within 14 days.
9. The prize is subject to availability. If not available alternative Plasma TV of equivalent value will be offered. It will be delivered to the winners by 30/04/08.
10. The prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity organised by E. & J. Gallo Winery Europe & Booker
11. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged claims and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
12. The winner’s details will be available by sending a SAE to the promoter’s address after 31/03/08. Promoter: E. & J. Gallo Winery Europe, Swan House, Cowley Business Park, Cowley Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2AD.
13. If the winner does not meet the terms and conditions a further draw will be made.

How do you keep track of the ones you've entered? I've no idea whether or not I've entered this one so don't want to risk it. I ususally thank the op so I can often tell by that but sometimes I close the page so I miss thanking a few.

Thanking is the only real way of keeping track, unless you make yourself a spreadsheet of all the comps you enter
