Yes, someone wins £5,000 at 12:00pm and someone wins £5,000 at 5:00pm, also it looks like it is 8 enties overall not 8 entries per draw. So if you entered before 12:00pm with 8 entries you would be in draw 1 at 12:00pm and draw 2 at 5:00pm.
