I am concerned that a video posted on Facebook is full of inaccuracies, I'm keen to have the opinion of a tax professional?
Tommy's Tax - H.M.R.C. are going to screw over the self-employed.

No tax professional is going to give advice on a public forum in their professional capacity. All you will get is opinion where there will probably be conflict in that opinion as well.
If you want a professional answer then you need to source and pay for it0 -

It's the info I have an issue with, not the company. In a more recent video he is saying among other things that a tax rebate for those on the Construction Industry Scheme is new income and will effect a Universal Credit pay out. But, let him do your self assesment and he will schedule the payment to arrive after a payment from Universal Credit, making it Capital. I can't see that personally.0

You will discover there are a lot of inaccuracies posted on the web. If you hope to research each and every claim, and highlight where you believe an inaccuracy exists, then I fear you won't have much time left to post much on this site.
But nice to have met you.
