Can I pull out money paid towards our wedding?

Hi, 
My Fiancé and I are due to get married end of Sept this year. Because of the corona virus pandemic and the fact my fiancé runs a limited company our income has been affected. We won't be able to financially afford to finish our wedding plans and want to postpone until next year. We've paid a large chunk towards the reception and now our coordinator is no longer working from home and has been furloughed, and she doesn't know how long for. The question is where do we stand on asking for our money back (keeping the deposit of course to tie to another date) as our security should they enter financial difficulties? We don't want to risk losing all of our money and we missed the boat on obtaining events insurance.
