Sorry to niggle, when you've done the effort to post the answer for us!  The spelling in CNTraveller's online article is "Yusupov 🥚 Palace" so I'm going to go with that....

Try a different browser... it wouldn't show in Firefox but in Chrome the entry form is there

It states that you need to allow targeting cookies. When I changed my preferences to allow them the entry form appeared
