Hello
We have been found a great deal with a new lender but require basic conveyancing worth around £500
Can't go ahead without and mortgage will shoot up with current lender due to going onto a variable rate (new fixed rates are also crap)
Does anyone have a recommendation for online conveyancers please

google would be the first port of call, but you need to ensure they are on the panel for your lender. Call some of them up and see if their still operating"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

It's a typo - the panel for your lender i.e. a law firm authorised by your lender to act for them. Not usually an issue unless it's a more obscure lender, just something to check at the outset with your conveyancer.GSPGirl said:Thank you. What is the panel for my panel please ?1
