Cambridge Diet (Hit a plateau)

Hello all, hope you're all staying in and staying safe.
I want to know if anyone has experienced what I've experienced, I have been on the Cambridge diet for almost 4 Months and lost around 22 KGS total, and for the last 18 Days I have not been able to shed a single Kilo! I don't know if this due to lack of movement due to the stay at home order, or if I've just hit a plateau, If anyone has any advice please inform me!
Note: I'm on the 3 Cambridge meals, and 1 Protein Meal Step (Forgot the numbers)

Diets don’t work long term! If they did WW and the like would have gone out of business years ago. Just eat healthy unprocessed food in proper portions and exercise.0

Bin the fad diet.
Buy one ingredient food ( ie nothing processed or man made)....make your own meals and you'll lose weight no problem.
