My wife has complained that I'm starting to look like a caveman. Could anyone provide me a link/recommendations to a good all purpose male grooming trimmer?

I bought this one recently and its very good. Might show as out of stock at your nearest Argos/Sainsburys but keep checking daily as Argos seem to get daily stock before it quickly sells out again.

Looks good but does it have the nostril trimmer appliance?
