my partner is a member of his union at work and had come to a arrement over % increase of salary, the cpmpany has now be brought by another company (spanish) it is now beeing said that all bets arre off as the new company do not recognise their union! is this so or just them trying to back step???? rules and stuff if any of you have, thanks.
