Seriously considering Applying to Nationwide -C.V. 19 mortgage break.
Though my standard repayments are historically low 1.34% until mid 21'
I could have a sensible Emergancy Fund in 3 months -3*250.
As the three months are repayable over remaining 15 Years, is it going to cost a small fortune in Interest, I assume the repayments could go up with Interest rates and future Mortgage rates.
Thanks

Any thoughts MSEr's are mortgage breaks a decent idea.
If not why avoid such a short term chanced to save a small Emergancy fund.
    Thanks in advance.

The extra three months won't cost a small fortune in interest.  It'll be around a tenner for a year. Plus, you can always overpay at a later date.

If cashflow is important to you at the moment, then take advantage of it

Thanks, no immediate cash flow difficulty's.
Though the idea of an Emergancy fund seems sensible.
    I'll decide next few days.
