I imagine child benefit can be updated for lockdown time.0

Changes have been made to allow claiming child benefit even though you can't register a birth yet.

Can anyone help me with answering question 41 as I can register my baby's birth. Should I choose Yes , as it will be register once the office is open or No as it is not registered.0

I will be looking to do this very shortly. From what I have read in the letter I was given in hospital. CB can be processed, We may have to contact CB to inform them of the Birth Certificate registration number later on once registry offices have reopened. But it should not stop the process in the meantime as details of births are being sent direct to registrar HQs from the hospitals themselves during this. you could mark yes and add a note or N/A in the circumstances - I expect they'll receive different answers to that in numerous applications.0
