  • hi free, thansk for starting this i was just too tired this morning. Rog well done on the interview i hope its good news.

Me i have had a great day, got on one of the 'new' buses (ie not one of the old, old ones), and it was late so it was packed. However i bus driver was a bit annoyted so when i put my ticket in and it spat it back out he let me on for free :D then as i did stock take with my lovely boss he drove me home :D woo hoo nearly £3 saved.

Anyways i spent 50p on a can, 75p eat natural bar, 50p on another can and 60p sandwich

    total ~ £2.35
  • About £3 on groceries in Tesco (all blue and white stripey labels too) and a £1 on my bus fare.

Tescos had a stinking lot of little teenage nuisances in it who got caught nicking a shepherd's pie! Don't let anyone tell you Edinburgh isn't posh, the teenagers want to eat Shepherd's pie rather than drink on a Friday night up here!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • .....Haven't spent anything yet, although I was very tempted to buy something for breakie and lunch, but resisted. I'm on Special K diet which helps to save money.....

I like those Special K diets too... er.... 'K' does stand for Kebab... doesn't it? Hee hee :D Mmmmm... Giant Kebab and chips with lots of tomatoe sauce <drool>

Oh...it was a No Spend Day today - hooray :p
