Building on my H2B house

My partner and myself are due to move into our new home in a few months. We are also planning on a baby. We have decided that although me LOVE the house we have bought the kitchen space is to small to raise a child in. We are wanting to extent the kitchen ( like a orangery or conservatory) but we can’t find any details on if this is allowed as we bought the house with help to buy scheme of 20%.
Once we build ( if we can build) will we have to pay back a percentage on what we have added to the house?
Also could we still get a loan to build on the house when we still have the help to buy loan as it is for 5 years?
