Alternative ways to confirm identity?

Hello all
I have secured a re-mortgage offer but now need to confirm my identity. The problem is I am on lockdown a long way from home where my identity documents are. Are there any alternatives? I do not need to re-mortgage until the 1st July and the mortgage offer lasts until September.
Thanks

Ask the lender what they would accept.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

As above, you'll need to ask whoever is asking you to confirm your identity - there are no standard rules about such things. Can somebody else access your docs and post them to you (or to whoever wants them)?1

Thank you both.
Unfortunately no @davidmcn but will give the broker a ring tomorrow to discuss. I did ring/email but no answer as yet.

Can the documents not be sent to you by secure means? Your solicitor may well need to verify you personally.0
