Mortgage Rate Change, Can I change my mind?

Hello people, I was wondering if someone could provide some advice in relation to my mortgage please. We have a mortgage with Whistletree and last month I rang them up and went on to a 5 year fixed deal (which started on 25th March 2020) with an interest rate of 2.74%. When I have gone on their website today, their 5 year fixed deal is offering 1.84%. I rang them up and asked if I could be put on the new lower interest rate, but was told that it was not possible and I've have to pay the early repayment charges. Is this kind of deal covered by the 14 day contract get out or not? I thought I might just be able to switch, but apparently not.
Any advice gratefully received
Thank you in advance

No.You have not got a new mortgage you have had a change of product with existing company. So 14 days does not apply just like choosing any new product with an existing supplier. (phone, utilility, etc).1
