New Job what to do about pension
ied
Have just started a new Job at age 58 and my employer will match any contribution to a pension that I make. Is my only option a Stakeholder pension? Incidentally my new company does not have a pension scheme I can sign into.

Personal pension, stakeholder pension or SIPP.Incidentally my new company does not have a pension scheme I can sign into.
What they are doing is better than most. They are allowing you to pick your own provider and product. Thats great news as many money purchase schemes have poor quality or limited choice of investments. This way you can invest it how you want.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
