My sons university (Winchester) has shut so now he’s home. How will this affect my Council Tax as I was receiving the single adult discount?

If he will return when the university re-opens, I would have thought he is still a full time studentIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
