Just thought I'd share that I finally submitted my application on Friday and my bankruptcy was approved yesterday. I have my telephone interview tomorrow, eek 
 Thank you to everyone on here as reading through old posts has helped so much and will no doubt help many others.
A question to anyone who has recently gone through the telephone interview - Is this when they decide if and how much I'll need to pay?? Do they go off the I&E you submitted with your application or can you amend?

they don't necessarily setup an IPA in that interview, a lot will depend on how simple or complex your affairs are. If you income and expenditure are all ok and reasonable they may not mention it much. They have 1 year to setup your IPA, they will probably be more interested in communicating with banks about freezing accounts, getting property/asset details and understanding how you got  to the position your now in

The call went ok I think.
The gentleman I spoke to seemed very understanding and was no where near as scary as I had imagined! 
He said he will contact me possibly next week regarding the IPA. Just pleased it's over with for now.
