Asda groceries not working?

Hi, I'm trying to amend an order but it keeps saying error messages. Is anyone else having trouble when they try to amend an order with asda?

    Can't actually place an order -- lots of "x's" at the moment and one day of Sold Out.
    Does anyone know when they release their slots.?

    I qualify as a 70+ also caring for my wife undergoing chemo and she has had her 12 week letter

    I have been trying to change my order - due Friday. I queue to get in and then finally get to sign in , click orders and it takes me back to queueing to get into the site... grrrrrr…


    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

    Cannot use the website at all, the app however works MOST of the time. It does have a message at certain times saying high volume of traffic, but I can  and have amended my order today on it

    It looks like they've changed when you can amend an order, as it now says:

    Coronavirus update
    You can amend your order in the 2 days before it’s due. The cut off time is 10pm.
    This helps us manage demand so we can serve everyone. You can help by only amending your order once and only if urgent

    There is definitely something up. I amended an order yesterday evening and although I got the email confirmation my order was still showing the old details on their website, and was also showing the wrong day! I checked today and it looks correct now.
    I've seen the message about now only having 2 days to amend it, but I don't have an amend option even though my order is for Sunday which is over 2 days away. I also have an order booked for a date further in the future and don't have an amend option for that either.

    Edit - Hmm okay, I completely misread their message and thought you had to amend it two days in advance rather than within the last two days.
  • I have been having issues recently.  There is alot of traffic on there so you have to wait and not refresh before signing in. 
    I have found this week that if I place an order, it has taken the 'amend order' option  away.  I will allow me to edit the order until two days before. .

    I have been having issues recently.  There is alot of traffic on there so you have to wait and not refresh before signing in. 
    I have found this week that if I place an order, it has taken the 'amend order' option  away.  I will allow me to edit the order until two days before. .
    I've got exactly the same issue. I have an order due on Thursday and the 'amend button' has disappeared and has been like that for a few days now.

    Yep, you can only amend it in the two days before delivery, so the amend button will reappear a couple of days before your delivery is due
