Air Miles What Can you Do With Them ???

I've got lots of Air Miles, and quite frankly they are useless, been saving them up for ages on a company credit card and, with a family of four, it costs more to use them than to go down the travel agents and pay cold hard cash.
Wondered if I could use them for anything else, or if I could request them as Air Miles Vouchers and sell them to someone who really can use them.
I managed to use some up as we needed to fly to Heathrow from Manchester in January, it cost us 3500 air miles and about £180. I was pig sick when I found out about the flightchecker on this site !!!
As I am trying to pay off all my credit cards at the moment, (clipping coupons like mad !!) any suggestions as to what these airmiles might be worth would be very much appreciated.

I would log onto https://www.airmiles.com and try to see what alternatives there are for using your vouchers, a family day out to the london eye seems to be quite popular at the moment. There are plenty of 'attractions' you can use them out as well as day's out in this country. I agree with you though, I don't rate them much.
