First Direct Additional Borrowing Application

Hi,
I made an application in early March (before the pandemic) and was due a surveyor from Countrywide mid march and that has been postponed and I wondered what the chances are of still securing the funding, I was contemplating doing some work over the summer. I would have been around the 80-85% LTV. Is it just a case of waiting it out or does anyone know if they are doing remote/desktop valuations with this LTV? I didn't want to clog the lines asking.
Thanks

With movement restrictions in place and many companies furloughing their employees. Probably best to put your plans on hold for a few weeks. Until the picture becomes clearer.1
