It would be after 4:00pm, most likely between 4:00pm - 4:15pm

Thank you to @Comping_Rich for posting comp and amounts.
Are we penalised if we go over the limit (sometimes we lose count) or are we still entered in the draw? Many thanks

That would mean you have broken the T&Cs and it would be is entirely up to them if they if they take no action, just disregard the extra entries or disqualify you. (most of the radio ones tell you when you have reached the web entry limit)

"We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify you if we know or suspect that you have breached them"

This (and many other radio stations) say competitions are only open to those within the broadcast areas - I listen online (to those that are online) - does that count?

This one says "The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom" so you would need to be in the UK.

Sometimes postcodes are used as a restriction, or England, wales etc and broadcast area can be from the TSA and none of this includes listening on-line as changing the permitted areas (obviously you maybe able to listen on-line and that's not an issue as far as entering a competition goes as long as you are in the normal over air radio transmission area)

"TSAs are the area within which a station’s audience is measured. This is known as the station’s total survey area or transmission area."

(being able to receive an over the air broadcast does not necessarily put you a stations TSA)
