It would be after 4:00pm, most likely between 4:00pm - 4:15pm

This (and many other radio stations) say competitions are only open to those within the broadcast areas - I listen online (to those that are online) - does that count?Thank you to all the 'old hands' for sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience0

Sometimes postcodes are used as a restriction, or England, wales etc and broadcast area can be from the TSA and none of this includes listening on-line as changing the permitted areas (obviously you maybe able to listen on-line and that's not an issue as far as entering a competition goes as long as you are in the normal over air radio transmission area)
"TSAs are the area within which a station’s audience is measured. This is known as the station’s total survey area or transmission area."
(being able to receive an over the air broadcast does not necessarily put you a stations TSA)1
