Hi I'm after some advice I currently make over payments on my mortgage which I wish to cut down at the moment due to partner not working I've tried since last Tuesday to contact them to discuss this but I can't get through to them I've also left messages on the web site but still no reply I know its a busy time right now but I've tried so many times and at different times of the day thrones being on hold was 3hrs I dont know what to do
