Membership on hold but paid through salary sacrifice

I have a gym membership that I pay through salary sacrifice, I got an email from the gym saying all memberships would be frozen and no DD taken. Mine isn't paid through DD but through salary sacrifice. Just wondering if it would automatically stop when I get paid next? I have emailed my employer but thought I'd also ask on here in case anyone has any experience.
