Bankruptcy Fee Remission

Hi all
Can I claim back the Court Fee for my Bankruptcy application? I thought I could and sent off form EX160 to the Court at Darlington. They've sent it back with a compliments slip stating:
"This Court does not deal with Bankruptcy. Official Receivers Office matter."
Can anyone advise? Many thanks!

Court is correct. They don't handle it as the OR/IS handles it and there is no fee remission.
Try applying for a charitable grant if you can't find the £680. This site might help
