So I’ve found a company who have come back with quotes for me.
What should I expect next? I’m looking at a remortgage (I’m buying a half share of the property I own since mum died), I’m on benefits but I’m self employed too.
What wuestions should I be asking? We are doing a fact find then it goes to an underwriter. Can anyone advise me if the term, interest, etc seems ok? I’m happy to private mail the info I have

Questions and discussion to have with your broker. As they will have made specific recommendations based on your circumstances. As for the term of the mortgage. You can always overpay if financial circumstances allow. This will then reduce the amount of interesyt you pay along with the ultimate term of the mortgage.0
