Limited Company Mortgage with Non-UK Resident Shareholder

Options
Hi all!
We have a Limited Company SPV for Buy-to-Let properties. We have two Directors (both UK citizens and UK residents) who are also the only two PSCs.
However, we have a third person who is a shareholder, but not a Director or PSC.
I was wondering, when applying for a mortgage, will this cause any complications for acquiring a mortgage? Will the lender run checks only on the Directors/PSCs, or will they require information from the Shareholders too?
We are trying to avoid the extra complication of the lender requiring paperwork/details from somebody living in the United States - just think this is a back-and-forth that will only add time and stress to the whole process.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
