Hi all,
I know under current circumstances the most important thing is our health and that of our loved ones.
I know under current circumstances the most important thing is our health and that of our loved ones.
I wouldn’t mind a bit of advice please? We are awaiting a mortgage offer on a new build. The application was submitted on the 13th with a valuation carried out on the 18th. Our broker thought we may have heard re a decision last week but haven’t heard anything since txt from nationwide to confirm valuation date. We have since had HTB ATP through. I would understand if all falls through due to the Covid 19 but equally not having a decision either way is frustrating. We are in temporary rented after selling our house to buy a new build and also worried that if all falls through we will be stuck renting for ages.
Thanks in advance for advice 😀
