Nationwide Mortgage.....due to complete

Due to complete next week on FTB, but paranoid about current situation....bank pulling offer.
COT submitted, no further credit taken out and paid down car loan significantly since (nationwide didn’t request that)
Nationwide Mortgage is now showing on my online banking, but with a balance of 0....is this a good sign that things are ok. Have people had their mortgage show before funds are released?

How long is your offer valid for?If they've issued you the offer, i'm pretty sure the only reason they would pull the offer now is if you have any changes (lose job, etc), or if they find out you lied about something and it's shown up, or you suddenly take out loads of loans before completing. Covid-19 is effecting those of us who haven't had our offers mostly.I would speak with your solicitor and see what the chances of completion are, but if i were you I would try and exchange and complete as close together as is possible in your situ.0

Hi Jane,
we exchanged a few weeks back and we are due to complete Thursday.
My question is more about my mortgage account now showing on online banking before funds have been released.....I suppose I just want someone to tell me it is all ok on the a mortgage front!0 -
ooo and offer is valid until July. No credit, no lies, both still at work with public sector/key worker jobs0

You are may well be one of the lucky ones!
Wouldn't be surprised by further measures tomorrow night at the briefing. As we enter the critical phase.0
