Hi, my partner is living in England and is british, we are looking to buy a new build next year in England, I am currently living and working in ROI(Republic of Ireland) for the past two years and am Irish. I was in england for 7 years(uni and working), I have an english bank account and National Insurance Number and am registered as a nurse to work there, will I be able to get a mortgage with my irish proof of earnings and a job to go to?
Please help if anyone has any information. Thanks in advance.

Your Irish credit history unfortunately won't help. Get a job back here and re-establish yourself.0

Where is your partner living ?
Could you apply for jobs in the UK and rent a property for 6/12 months.
Build up credit history so register to vote, council tax, wage slips etc.
Consider where you want to live ?
London has lots of big teaching hospitals but is very expensive to rent or buy.
Lots of young Irish people have moved to Liverpool and Manchester for work
