House up for sale

Options
We currently have our house up for sale (lived here 8 years and finally took the jump to move) I know things are delayed at the moment on buying/selling however really worried now we will no longer get a mortgage due to covid 19 and lending being more stricter. Only have a mortgage in principle at the moment (should mention I live in Scotland) and cant progress this without actually putting an offer into a house which is challenging when we cant view any. Are we better to take the house off the market and wait a few months or continue in the hope we can start viewing houses again etc.
