Hi
can anyone help we have a mortgage application go thru with Halifax with our broker, 73% LTV, virtual valuation accepted and paid for, credit check completed just needed 1x wage slip this was on Wednesday 25th March- details were sent before they made the announcement to the underwriter. Does anyone know if this will still be offered? Thanks

I had a 90% case offered yesterday. As long as you don't try change the product then you should be fine1
