Hi, I thought if i put my situation on here any brokers who think they could help with better deals in anyway, Could then let me know and we could then privately discuss my options.ACG said:This is a forum for people looking for help and advice on applying or preparing for a mortgage.
If you want a broker to look into it for you, you need to speak to them and let them collect the information needed. We can all find the cheapest deal, doesnt mean you will get it nor does it mean you would want to apply to them.

Applying online you won't.Greatknieghton1 said:Thanks, my loan to value is 47% there is myself and my partner on the mortgage. We both have excellent credit rating although I was under the impression that staying with the same lender and just switching products we would not be required to go through the affordability checks again.
Thanks everyone
Remortgaging to another lender could cost you a £1k in fees.
How much do you owe on the mortgage?
Or engage a broker"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Depends. That's often the case if you're switching between similar products, but if you switch from say interest-only to repayment mortgage you'd have to go through the checks again.Greatknieghton1 said:...........

That is not how this forum works. Any mortgage broker contacting you would be in breach of board rules.Greatknieghton1 said:
