Wedding Insurance

I’m due to get married in Ireland on 22nd August this year, due to corona virus we are looking to change our date to April next year. Our hotel have provided us with potential available dates at no extra cost. We do have wedding insurance with dreamsaver wedding insurance and were wondering if a date change to the policy is possible? We do not want to invalidate our policy. What are our rights? Thanks.
