Nationwide to do remote valuations

Nationwide have issued an update to say they are looking at doing as many remote valuations as possible.  Fingers crossed for those who have an application in !!!

I called Natwide late 2019 for re-mortgage info and was quoted up to date valuation which was nice to hear prices on upwards range again.
OP- Is Natwides remote service only for new mortgages or is it planned to include existing Customers.

Lenders use desktop valuations when offering new products to existing customers. Though having a valuation performed is possible if one is happy to pay the fee.
