Perch capital TM legal county court

I recently received a county court claim from perch capital an tm legal. the sum of £536. I requested a copy of the agreement as per the guides on here and acknowledged the claim with the courts. They have responded with a credit agreement sent by email in PDF format from a company called piggy bank with just my name printed in it no signature or anything. What next.

They are allowed to reconstitute credit agreements - it looks like this is what has happened here - your only defence would be if you did not owe the debt.
