I got to 1,000 points and exchanged them for a boots voucher, but it is taking me forever to actually get more points because i've already signed up for the free stuff

You're not supposed to have two seperate Pigsback accounts and people have had accounts closed because they have duplicate accounts.
Most of the bonus points sign-ups ask you to use your Pigsback email address so you can only usually do each offer once. Make sure you check the main Pigsback thread on the Freebies board as it keeps you up to date with all the latest offers.
