Hi Guys
I have a Santander mortgage that is in roll over period. I have been given my options, one which I am seriously considering is 10 year. With all that's going whats the chances of 10 Years being pulled 1 April or their rates going up rather than down even with the interest rate drop?
I dont know if to sit tight and wait for 1st April rate changes or jump in now and secure? Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers
Tim

Rates can change overnight. Lenders can pull products at any time. The decision ultimately is personal. There's no right or wrong. Do what suits you .1
