Les Mills On Demand - access issues

I recently signed up to Les Mills on demand as, like many others, my gym is closed indefinitely. I downloaded the app both to iPad and Samsung phone however cannot use it. Attempting to access on either prompts me to enter my email address then await a link which I click  on. It states this should sign me into the app however it doesn’t. Not on iPad or on phone. The only way  I can access it is via the website which is slow and clunky. I also wished to download several routines so I could use them offline and avoid streaming however it doesn’t allow me to download either.

Does anyone have any experience of this. I’m really unimpressed so far, it could be a short lived membership.

I imagine they wont allow downloads as then you would just download it all and share it/stop your subscription.

  • They  advertise that you can download and use for up to 14 days so it’s ideal if you are on holiday or travelling. I have no objection to having to download again every few weeks but I do object to them touting something which they aren’t offering. I’ve emailed them and await a response.

I've actually been using Les Mills online via my Gym (DW fitness). its free and gives access to around 180 virtual classes. I have my own spinning bike and there are 3 classes available- I love it to be honest and have had no access issues thus far (although this is an abbreviated part of their site). I'e also tried Body Combat (not for me) and their HIIT classes (very good)
    Projects 2020-
Joint driveway with neighbour (groundwork to be done by myself)
Reduce CC debts, overtime (new job during pandemic), moneysaving and now a 3 year old to pay for and newborn LOL
