Tax code

Hi, was officially declared bankrupt 10th March, had my interview with the receiver all went well. Have just received my March salary a lot less than expected with a tax code 6T/1 on it. Payroll have advised my tax code for April is 250 T. Are these codes linked to the bankruptcy at all? Anyone know what they mean or is this likely a seperate HMRC issue?
Thanks!
Thanks!

A ‘T’ in your tax code is normally only for very high earners, it’s common for bankrupts to have a ‘NT’ tax code which is not taxed. I would contact your OR initially, and then HMRC1
