Part Payment of Mortgage not affecting credit score???

Hi,
I called my mortgage company to arrange a 3 month holiday yesterday which was fine.
It will only kick in at the end of April as its too soon towards end of March to sort this month.
However, the advisor told me that if i make a Part-payment this month (i.e. literally ANY amount like £10) then it wont affect my credit file.
I asked a couple times to clarify this and she explicitly said it wont affect my credit.
Is this correct? in my mind, this would surely put me in arrears and show on my credit file?
Its Heliodor Mortgages if that makes a difference? (they arent a lender - they are the new NRAM)
any help appreciated

I won't be surprised if companies such as Heliodor are requested to follow the same guidelines as the mainstream lenders who are the members of the CML.0

Ah ok.
The current waiver would seem to apply to a 3 month period covering the payments due in the months of April, May and June. Majority of mortgage payments being made at the beginning of the month. Events over the coming few weeks will determine what the future holds in store beyond this time frame.0
