Delayed extension - what to do with the money?

Hi, we've just released some equity to start an extension project in May but looks like it will be delayed due to Covid-19. What should we do with the money? It's just sat in the current account at the moment.

    Invest in toilet rolls?

    There is advice elsewhere on the site about savings accounts if you want to find somewhere with a better interest rate, it isn't really a mortgage question.
