Six month delay

    They said it’s because I need to release equity to pay off my car finance and for the deposit. It’s very complicated 
    So it's not simply purchasing the other half of the house.  What are the other complications? 
    Where is your father going to live? 
    He has elsewhere to stay. He is extremely sbusivd towards me in front of my children. 
    i was asking what the other complications are as someone suggested there was?.
