Thank you. Glad you’re feeling better now. You’re right under normal circumstances you wouldn’t give these symptoms a second thought but now they are so scary. XxSun_Addict said:Hope your DD feels better soon southern chick. I started with a dry cough, tight chest and feeling unwell last Friday. I was fine again by yesterday. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't have given it a second thought. Better to be safe than sorry.slowly working towards being MF one small over payment at a time :T3 -
Thank you. Really hope she feels better soon. I’ve just found out I can do some work from home so a bit less guilt. I have absolutely no intention of leaving my house until my quarantine is up. I won’t put anyone at riskEssexHebridean said:Aww @southern_chick that really must be scary hopefully she will be feeling a LOT better tomorrow. Definitely do NOT feel guilty about not being at work either - the best thing you can do right now is stay put, as you know.
Glad everyone likes the cafe anyway - feel free to bring your own decorations, I wonder if we can hang some bunting to cheer the place up a bit... Ah yes - that's better!

i love the decorations and will have a look for some but here’s some cake. Is too early for a cocktail 🍰🍸🍰🍸 xxslowly working towards being MF one small over payment at a time :T3 -

Up until lock down I baked cakes for a living, so it's second nature. Feel free to put in your virtual orders

I can offer a generous supply of ground coffee - it's the one thing I do have plenty of at the moment
I have had a bit of a giggle this afternoon - from where I've placed my desk, I'm 'side-on' to a window, but don't face it (or I would spend my time gazing out of it, like the cat)
However, various neighbours across from me are sitting facing out, on various laptops etc. At one point, I noticed one was wearing a shirt and tie (and obviously on a call), but they stood up, stretched, and...that was all they were wearing
Put me off my lunch a bit...

Great idea! It’s just me and three dogs here but I am lucky that I can work from home.
i May end up eating our Community Coffee Morning bickies if I don’t share them with you all 😂
we have a lovely helpful and supportive community where I live, I am using our daily walk to move provisions from one doorstep to another where needed. It’s lovely to see people sharing and looking out for each other.:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j3 -
