Interested to hear if you have applied for a mortgage with Nationwide and what stage you are up to?

Valuation 2 1/2 weeks ago. Offered made yesterday1

Valuation done on the 3rd of March, received a message from them on the 19th that an offer has been issued. Received it in the post the following Monday 23rd. I instructed my solicitor to fast track it to simultaneously exchange and complete at the end of the month but they said it's unlikely. Possibly mid-April due to current situation but I'm still hoping for a miracle.
