Income and Expendure for IVA- please could you take a look?

Hi, I've attached my income and expenditure form for my IVA.I owe £36,000. My form is solely for me and contains only my income and 50/50 of joint costs as we pay them.
I've put my costs as 'normal life' costs, not corona costs! I have a family of four- my husband , a 13 year old boy and a 6 year old daughter. Can you take a look and see where I could amend?
Thanks

Looks good to me, I'm not sure you will be allowed 75 for sports bobbies and entertainment. I think you can put £10 or £20 in emergencies

It looks like you will get an IPA based on the figures you've supplied
