Keeping up with mortgage payment

Hi 
I have a buy to let mortgage with mortgages plc. I have tenants who are self employed and are at home with no money coming in. They have given me notice that they can’t pay me rent money next month. I am trying to call the mortgages plc but the number available on site I have been on the phone line for 40 minutes and no answer. Please help me if anyone has the correct number and email address so I can speak to someone.

Like all lenders they'll be extremely busy at the current time. Patience will be required. 
Try calling at non peak times.

Everybody is under enormous strain at the moment. There's no need to panic. 
Your direct debit for this months payment will already be in the process for collection. Be prepared to stop the direct debit being taken from your bank account if it's critical to your finances.
