Bear with me as we wander round the houses for a bit ...
On the Freebies Board, Blink gave us a link for a free Office Athletics leaflet to download from Avery (the people who make labels). Which I did.
Now, the leaflet says "The latest technology means that you can download a ‘desk top fitness instructor’ onto your PC. ... The instructor then pops up on the screen every fifty minutes announcing ‘Mini Break’ and seductively inviting you to do a stretch."
I could email Avery and ask for details, but does anyone have such a download, preferably free? I did a google but wasn't quite sure of the results I got!
What I'm after would offer exercises appropriate to the office environment rather than a full 30 minute workout!
TIA
