Parsnips and pears, anyone?

Has anyone used this company? They deliver fruit and veg, as their name suggests. I put in an order last Wednesday and got a confirmation email from Shopify. Their website says the delivery day for my area is Saturday. I appreciate they are very busy and it may still arrive today, but I am worried as I tried to log back into my account and it says it does not recognise my email address.

Well they get poor reports from people who work for them - that they don't pay some of the people working for them!
How did you pay them?

When you entered your email address did you use the same case as you did when registering?  It shouldn't make a difference but might.

I assumed you were asking for recipe ideas for the only produce left in your local supermarket!

I was going to suggest parsnip and pear soup, parsnips in a parsnip pastry pie with a pear coulis, then a sweet parsnip pastry flan base filled with mock frangipane (parsnip with almond essence) and topped with sliced pears.

I have now managed to log in to my account. It shows my order as having been “ fulfilled”.
i will be ringing them on Monday.

Have you checked that they haven't left things outside, on the doorstep, round the side of the building, something like that?

i think it is a website problem. I will update when I have sorted it.

Delivered! The chap was very apologetic for the delay. He had been working till midnight last night, then up with his lambs half the night. The veg look really nice.
