Train tickets refund during Coronavirius Outbreak

Hi,
My accommodation and event were cancelled but, the Trainline website still states the standard info regarding no refund if your ticket is a certain type (which mine seems to be). I just wonder where I stand because they also say you can change booking within a limited time only but, I can't go anywhere.
Any advice appreciated.
Chris

If any of your booked trains are cancelled (check the operators new emergency timetables) you have the right to a full refund, regardless of ticket type. For the detail see National Rail Conditions of Travel. Paragraph 30.
Trainline are stating advanced tickets remain non-refundable on their home page. This isn't the case, but you need to click through to another page before they give the actual facts and your rights.0 -
But if the event you were going to is cancelled - and the train still ran - you have no claim against the train operator. Whether you can claim against the event operator depends on the T&C on those tickets - and chances are they have excluded any other costs. Sorry Chris....I need to think of something new here...0

I'm struggling to get my refund from Trainline on an "advance ticket" They are asking me to return the tickets. Which is currently impossible due to self-isolation.0

If you are fetching it yourself or someone is helping you with that, cannot they post an envelope for you?
Even if that's not possible, we are all currently allowed out for exercise. Pick a quiet moment and visit your nearest pillar-box.0
